Health Coaching Services

Overview

The biggest challenges we face seem colossal when we have to face them alone. To break old, unhealthy habits and start new, healthy ones, you need a champion, a mentor, a friend. That's me.

I’m a Health Coach. I once stood where you stand, facing the same challenges, frustrated with dieting and disappointed with the other available options. I had a mentor, too—someone who discovered this comprehensive approach and these new tools for creating Optimal Health. Now, as someone who has found success, I am excited about paying it forward to you.

With a healthy eating program and the Habits of Health System, I’ll be your guide and partner to help you on your journey to create a lifetime of Optimal Health.

What is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is a guide and supportive mentor who empowers clients to take responsibility for their health and cultivate positive lifestyle choices. As the healthcare system advances, the Health Coach title is gaining increasing recognition by the public, the media, and the world of health and wellness.

Health Coaches support clients to implement and sustain lifestyle changes that contribute to the achievement of their personal wellness goals. Some common areas where a Health Coach may help a client include weight management, understanding food cravings, improving personal relationships, learning about new foods, increasing energy and reducing mental fog, improving sleep quality, stress management, and exploring self-sabotaging habits, just to name a few.

While the role of a physician to a patient tends to be authoritative, the role of a Health Coach is a motivating, ongoing ally to his or her clients. A Health Coach does not take the place of any medical practitioner; rather, he/she serves as the missing link – the patient guide – that helps develop strategies to enact real, lasting lifestyle changes. A Health Coach does not diagnose, treat, or take responsibility for bringing about wellness changes in a client’s life; rather, he/she guides and supports client-driven wellness goals.

Health Coaches work in many settings and can provide general wellness and nutrition information, options, recommendations, guidance, and motivation to assist clients in establishing healthier lifestyle routines. With a strong focus on behavioral choices along with the basic understanding of dietary patterns and overall health, Health Coaches fulfill an important and distinct role that compliments the roles of health professionals.

    You Can.

  2. Discover Healthy Eating
Suppose you could have a nutrition plan that includes delicious, medically formulated meal replacements of every variety as well as your own lean, healthy meals, all designed to keep you full and satisfied while you lose weight.
    You Can.

  3. Learning Habits of Health
Suppose you could have a guide to making good habits a part of your everyday life so that choosing the healthy solution becomes a routine that feels as natural as breathing.
    You Can.

Your Health Coach

When it comes to turning healthy behaviors into habits, a Health Coach makes all the difference. Scientific research shows that having support improves your chances of getting–and staying–healthy.

Your Nutrition

For individuals struggling to control the quantity and quality of their foods, meal replacements are an ideal alternative to cooking or dining out. And balanced, fortified, delicious meal replacements are safe and satisfying, especially when supplemented with a daily meal of lean meats and green vegetables.

Your Habits

Making a habit of something that's good for you is what the Habits of Health System is all about.
